## How to Report Abuse
|

Send an email to abuse@genesishostingtechnologies.com with:

||
|
|
- Description of the abuse
|
||
|
|
- IP or domain involved
|
||
|
|
- Any relevant logs or screenshots
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
## Internal Response Process
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
1. Triage within 12 hours
|
||
|
|
2. Investigate logs and usage
|
||
|
|
3. Contact the client with 24h to respond
|
||
|
|
4. Temporary suspension may be issued to prevent further harm
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
## DMCA Takedowns
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
- We comply with valid DMCA requests
|
||
|
|
- The client will be notified and given 48h to address or refute
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
## Escalation
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Repeat offenders may be permanently banned.
